Clyde Harrison is a native of Birmingham, AL. Growing up during the 50’s and 60’s, he experienced the change from Jim Crow to a newly integrated South. After four years in the U.S. Marine Corps, before the close of the Viet Nam War, he obtained an Economics degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
Clyde spent several years as a manager with a major company and subsequently spent over 18 years as an entrepreneur, residing near Manhattan, before returning to Birmingham.
His current book is a departure from typical Black American commercial fiction. It peeks through the window to observe human nature's influence on community perceptions.
